Our electronics manufacturing department creates individual products which provide an excellent standard of quality. We guarantee the professional implementation of your ideas and needs. Modern production methods make it possible to manufacture in the shortest period of time and with the traditional high quality.

Our factory is equipped with the most up-to-date equipment for function and visual tests. Test adapters for function testers are developed and built in our development department according to customer specifications.

The high standard of our technical equipment ensures problem-free manufacturing processes:

• Program-controlled light pen assembling boards / Royonic
• Nitrogen wave soldering unit from SEHO with metering spray fluxers and bidirectional wave for the soldering of mixed-technology boards
• SMT assembling machines / Mydata
• SMT nitrogen reflow soldering unit
• Automatic silk-screen printing machine for printing the soldering paste or for glue printing
• Reinhard test systems for function and in-circuit inspections

Early 2006 saw the implementation of the EU guidelines (ROHS) on lead-free soldering. Traditional soldering methods (leaded) continue to be possible.

In addition, we will take on responsibility for your complex modules, including packing.
