In recent years, the concepts of design and adaptation of processing a company’s corporate identity have become more and more important in the selection of enclosures. In addition to a wide range of standard enclosures, BOPLA – one of the leading manufacturers in the enclosure industry – offers the opportunity to adapt these standard products in order to satisfy customers’ individual wishes by means of accessory components and/or small processes.These include printing, lacquering and coatings.

Of course, BOPLA also has a large number of machines which permit mechanical processing such as turning, milling and cutting. If customers require even more than this, for example a completely individual enclosure solution, the company offers support in developing special enclosures. This support includes all the necessary steps, starting with the construction of a prototype, followed by tool manufacture, and right up to the final production of the enclosures.

Two new sizes have now been added to BOCARD, the successful series of enclosures manufactured by BOPLA Gehäuse Systeme GmbH. The BCD 310 and 400 sizes meet the great demand for an innovative and attractive small plastic cupboard, as frequently requested during many discussions with customers. With these new sizes, the company offers more space for electronics.

BOCARD can now be supplied in five basic sizes, with two bases and up to five different lids for each size. The many combinations and accessories ensure that the enclosure can be used for an extremely wide range of applications.

BOCARD is especially suitable for use in control and instrumentation technology, domestic technology and mobile data processing. All the enclosure parts in this programme can be adapted to meet customers’ individual needs. In addition to the printing of the surfaces and mechanical processing (e.g. for display cut-outs), BOPLA’s service offer includes the design, manufacture and assembly of membrane keypads.
