Euromas Polyester

Euromas-Polyester, an enclosure available in 26 sizes made of 30% glass-bead-reinforced polyester, has been designed to satisfy the highest standards. It makes it possible for the user to employ a plastic enclosure in situations where high robustness and chemical resistance are required. Used primarily as a terminal and distribution enclosure, its main applications are in the fields of electrical and mechanical ebgineering and shipbuilding, electroplating and petrochemical industry. A wide range of accessories is available for all applications (DIN rails, terminals, hinges, wall brackets, lead-sealable capstan headed screws). When fitted with oil and petrol resistant seals (neoprene or polyurethane-foamed lid seal), ingress protection up to IP 66 is guaranteed. A silicone seal is available as standard for use in temperature ranges of around 130°. The captive lid screws are made of V2A material and secured with screw locking devices. For technical reasons, all screws – including for mounting plates – are screwed into threaded inserts. All Euromas-Polyester enclosures are UL-listed.
